Panel Discussion: EDW Best Practices

Building EDW is a complex under taking for any organization. There have been a lot of debate in the last decade whether it is feasible to build one. The complexity arises in multiple dimensions, Change management, business buy-in, Time taken to realize, Technology and processes required, requirements gathering (frequent changes), program governance and program execution.
We have assembled a eminent panelists with a lot of experience either building systems with enterprise scale, delivery large and complex delivery projects, evangelizing and building business cases. There several lessons they must have learnt and best practices that they so painstakingly adopted.

  2. We have taken note of your point. This event has been planned taken in to consideration of the speakers availability. The times were scheduled in such a way that most professionals around Hitech city area would be able to attend. If I get volunteer support, we will be able to do more of these meetings.
